Refunds will not be provided if:
• Course content has been accessed significantly
• Exams have been attempted
• Certificates have been issued
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
• Duplicate payments
• Technical issues preventing access
• System errors affecting user experience
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
